Training and Development
To ensure Discovery Executives are equipped to sell the Fund in a manner consistent with the value proposition of the Fund; there will be a comprehensive and extensive training program once you are hired as a Discovery Executive. Furthermore, there will be annual refresher course on Discovery Fund, the market and self development programmes.
These training programmes are designed to help you to not only successfully sell the Fund, but also to improve your personal effectiveness.

Compensation
You are the only one who can determine your pay. There is no limit to the amount of money you can make with the Discovery Fund. In addition to your base salary the Discovery Fund pays a commission. Simply put, the harder you work, the more successful you are, the more you make.
